By using this app
All My Parts is operated by Studio Maya Inc., an Ontario-based corporation. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you're using this on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.
Not therapy. Not medical advice.
All My Parts is a journaling and self-reflection tool. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or any form of medical advice or treatment. The AI features may reflect on what you write, suggest framings from Internal Family Systems literature, and surface patterns across your entries — but the AI is not a therapist, does not understand your full situation, and can be wrong.

Your content stays yours
You own everything you write, record, and upload. You grant All My Parts a limited license to store, process, and display your content strictly as needed to operate the service — including sending it through AI providers (with PII redaction) and showing it back to you on any device you sign in from. We will never license your content to third parties for any purpose, including AI model training.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Harm yourself or others, or plan to.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate anyone.
- Process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including CSAM, content depicting non-consensual acts, or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API — including circumventing rate limits or attempting to extract our system prompts.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we do, we'll let you export your data on request unless the violation makes that infeasible (e.g., illegal content).
Your account
You're responsible for everything done under your account credentials. Don't share your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, email us at help@allmyparts.me.
Subscriptions & billing
- Free tier. You can use the app at the free tier without payment. Some features are reserved for the Pro plan.
- Pro plan. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in USD, in advance, through Stripe. Renewals are automatic until you cancel.
- Promotional codes. If your subscription is fully discounted by a promotional code, no charge is made for the discounted period. When the promotion ends or is revoked, standard pricing applies on the next renewal.
- Cancellation. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds. We don't generally refund partial periods, but reach out if you have a good-faith reason. We'll handle it case-by-case.
- Price changes. If we change prices, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect for your subscription.
Service availability
The app is provided as is and as available. We aim for high availability but don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perpetually maintained. Beta features may change or be removed.
AI output disclaimer
AI-generated reflections, analyses, and suggestions are for personal reflection only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate to your situation. You're the expert on your own life — treat AI output as something to push back on, not something to follow.
Intellectual property
The app's name, branding, illustrations, code, and design are owned by All My Parts. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission. The IFS framework terminology used in the app is part of the public Internal Family Systems vocabulary developed by Richard Schwartz; we make no claim to it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, All My Parts and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law, including consumer protection rights and rights under PIPEDA in Canada.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, Canada. If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection laws apply, those laws also apply to you.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when we change anything. If the change is material, we'll email you before it takes effect and you'll have a chance to cancel your subscription before it applies.
